As a partner, you are assigned a Change Portfolio Lead responsible for leading our engagement. This includes categorizing projects and initiatives into three buckets based on your objectives and degree of impact on end users. This holistic view allows them to plan for and meet your demands using our Lab.  

Yes. We provide OCM services across all your projects and change initiatives at a fixed cost. This includes each of your initiatives that are currently in flight, in their planning stage, or have already been implemented but could benefit from post-go-live love. We do it all. 

Yes. We understand that trust needs to be earned. That’s why we offer new clients a 6-month trial at a discounted rate, allowing them to evaluate our OCM portfolio services before committing to a service-level agreement (SLA). You pick 3 projects, we do the change.

The cost of Adoptlab's services varies depending on each client's specific needs and the scale of each client. In many cases, our annualized costs are 30%-50% lower than the price of a solution integrator (SI) to do OCM  for a single enterprise project. Contact us for a personalized quote.  

Great question! Our virtual Lab of Change Analysts, Communication, and Training Specialists is our secret sauce. They do the heavy lifting of creating all the collateral needed for your various changes, including communications, training materials, and all the vital assets required for strong OCM delivery.     

Your assigned Adoptlab Change Portfolio Lead is responsible for assessing your work needs and coordinating outputs between your project sponsors and our Lab. Think of this role as your air traffic controller managing many different projects at various stages of their flight.        

You are assigned a Change Portfolio Lead. For large or enterprise projects, our goal is to always keep the Lab members familiar with your unique needs and requirements on your account to complete work as it comes in.

We are not technologists who specialize in a single application. This breadth of experience enables us to support your entire portfolio.
