A simple purpose
At adoptlab, we started as a small team of OCM practitioners who wanted to help businesses overcome their most significant technology challenge: end-user adoption.
Today, we are a growing OCM-managed services provider with a unique delivery model. But, before we could get started, we needed to understand the "root cause" as to why change management is not more widely applied.
So we asked IT leaders a simple question: Why don't you do more OCM?
